03Loyalty & repeat visits

Give regulars a reason to come back, without a paper card.

TheCocoCard is the studio's own digital loyalty platform. For businesses that want more than the standard set-up, the studio designs branded loyalty experiences on top of it and connects them to the rest of your website or product.

Who it is for
Cafés, salons, barbers, shops and services that live on repeat visits and want loyalty tools as good as the chains have.

What a project can include

Realistic deliverables. Which of these apply is decided in the scope, not assumed.

  • A loyalty programme design that fits your business: stamps, rewards and the moments that trigger them
  • Branded customer-facing card and join journey
  • Counter and till set-up so staff can record visits in seconds
  • Integration with your website, booking flow or order-ahead journey
  • Reporting on visits and rewards so you can see what is working

Where it makes sense

  • Custom reward logic beyond the standard stamp card
  • Multi-location programmes
  • Campaign and offer set-up

Examples

TheCocoCard

Digital loyalty for independent businesses. Independent businesses want the repeat-visit tools that chains have, without an app install, without commission on sales and without handing their customer list to a third party. Customers do not want a wallet full of paper stamp cards.

How scope is agreed

  1. 01A short conversation about how your customers visit and what you want to reward.
  2. 02A written scope covering the programme, branding, set-up and any integration work.
  3. 03Timings and commercials agreed for the project. TheCocoCard's own plans are managed on thecococard.com and are separate from studio work.

Common questions

Do customers need to download an app?

No. TheCocoCard runs in the browser, so a customer can join by scanning a QR at the counter. A native app also exists for people who prefer one.

Are stamps shared between businesses?

No. A customer keeps one card, but every business runs its own separate rewards programme. Your stamps are only ever redeemed with you.

Who owns the customer list?

You keep your branding and your customer list. That is a design principle of the product, not a plan feature.

Start a loyalty project?

Tell the studio what you are trying to do. You get a reply from Viveak by email to arrange a conversation, and a written scope before anything is built.
