The Third Coconut is the studio's local-business trading name. It sells independent businesses one package: a fast website, a digital loyalty card and a hub for customers, campaigns and insights, run from a single login.

The brief
Small businesses are sold five tools by five companies and end up using none of them. The site had to explain one package in plain English, price it honestly and convert a visitor who has never bought software before, while the platform behind it had to be simple enough to set up in a day.

- 01One canonical pricing ladder, written for owners rather than marketers, with a cost-stacker that shows what the separate tools would cost.
- 02A site assistant with a server-side brain and a learning loop, answering questions from the studio's own knowledge rather than the open web.
- 03An admin inbox and client portal on Firebase Auth, with Stripe and GoCardless for subscriptions and Direct Debit.
- 04A Business Hub for programmes, campaigns, automations, materials and insights, built on the same engine as Coco Card.
