Gulp Post:need a hand?

Contact us

Email support@aadhipixels.com and a person at the studio will reply. Please tell us which game you are playing (Gulp Post) and, if something went wrong, what you were doing when it happened.

It helps to include:

• your device model and system version (for example iPhone 15 on iOS 18, or Pixel 8 on Android 15);
• the game version, shown in the store listing;
• a screenshot or a short description of what you saw.

Your progress

Gulp Post does not need an account. Your progress and settings are saved on your device. There is no cloud save of our own, so they come back with your device’s own backup (iCloud or Google backup) if that is switched on, and they are removed when you uninstall the game.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases go through the Apple App Store or Google Play, using your store account. If you reinstall the game or move to a new phone, use Restore purchases in the game to get back what you bought. Restoring asks your store account, so sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.

Refunds are handled by the store, not by us. On iPhone and iPad, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, see Google Play refunds. If a purchase did not arrive, email us the order receipt from the store.

Ads

Gulp Post is free to play and shows ads. A purchase in the game removes them for good. Players who tell the game they are under 13 do not see personalised ads. You can change your ad and analytics choices at any time in the game’s settings. If an ad misbehaves, email us a screenshot or the name of the ad.

Online play

Online play needs an internet connection. If a session will not start, check your connection, then close and reopen the game. If it keeps failing, email us the time it happened.

Privacy and your information

Read what Gulp Post does with your information in the privacy notice. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email support@aadhipixels.com and name the game.
